Keep Looking

Sometimes it’s worth taking a look at photos you previously rejected or passed off as “so-so” because things change.  For example, your ability to work with post-processing software, your eye for cropping and composition, and your appreciation for subjects you may have previously shot.

Here is a great example.  I “recovered” this photo that I took in La Jolla, CA in 2009 of sea-lions near Children’s Pool Beach.  Since originally downloading and proofing this photo I have learned a lot more (and I have much, much more to learn) about post processing RAW files.  So from time to time, take a look at those “rejected” photos.  You might find something there you enjoy.
